We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, and have a discounted room block for our guests! This resort is family friendly so feel free to bring the whole family! This resort also has an adults only tower, and a exclusive pool for the adults only tower. 

 1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. 

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but some rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, having more guests will bring the price per person down only nominally.  

3. Transportation to and from the Cancun International airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun(CUN)  

4. A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $150 per person is due no later than November 15th, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. 

5. *We only have a limited # of rooms held* Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the  rooms we have blocked, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.  

6. This resort will most likely sell out for the time of the wedding, waiting until last minute, or even after the deposit date may mean that you wont be able to attend Leah and Michelle's Wedding. After November 15th we will have to request rooms be added to our block as we wont be able to hold them any longer. 

7.  You will get an invoice prior to me processing your payment.  The invoice will show the final amount due.  To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible! 

 Hello! Michelle and Leah have pre-reserved rooms with a special set rate for the travel window of May 28- June 3, 2025. Guests may extend their stay, pending availability. This resort requires a 3 night minimum for all guests. 

After you have discussed your travel dates with family & friends, you are ready to make a deposit!  A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $150 per person is due no later than November 15th, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation, plus the cost of chosen insurance plan (optional). On or before January 3rd, 30% of your full payment will be due.  Final room payments due: March 5th, 2025. (Don't worry we will send reminders periodically)

 All Inclusive resorts are priced per person, based on how many individuals are booked in a room.

The rates listed are PER PERSON for 2 people to be in a room and include:

All international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.

A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date.

The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each guest.

Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. (Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States)

 A Room Block is a group of rooms that couple/group leader has paid a deposit to pre-reserve  for your group.

• The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
• Only rooms booked with The World Is Waiting Travel count toward this contract
• The resort has a 3 night minimum stay requirement for any room but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!

We are flying into Cancun (CUN)

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, group transportation to and from the airport (CUN) is included!

  - If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear, sunglasses, clothes for Mexico weather, and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

- We know you want to attend Leah and Michelle's wedding, please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight delays or cancellations.
