We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Luxurious Sandals Royal Curacao, and have a discounted room block for our guests!  This resort is for adults only, all rooms are set up for couples, rooms all come with King size beds, and are priced the same for one person or two. 

 1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. 

2. Sandals is meant for couples, rooms are priced the same for one or two  

3. Transportation to and from the  Curaçao International Airport  is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Curacao (CUR)  

4. A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $400 per room is due no later than July 20th, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. 

5. *We only have a limited # of rooms held* Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the  rooms we have blocked, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.  

6. This resort will most likely sell out of many room categories for the time of the wedding, waiting until last minute, or even after the deposit date may mean that you wont be able to attend Chris and Gabby's Wedding.  After August 1st we will have to request rooms be added to our block as we wont be able to hold them any longer. 

7.  You will get an invoice prior to me processing your payment, usually within 24-48 hours. The invoice will show the final amount due.  To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible! 

8. Once rooms are gone in a specific category, additional rooms added will be added at prevailing rates.  Book early to get the room that best fits your desires. 

9. Rooms must be booked within our room block to be counted for our wedding.  

 Hello! Chris and Gabby have pre-reserved rooms with a special set rate for the travel window of May 26-June 1, 2026.  This resort requires a 3-night minimum for all guests. 

After you have discussed your travel dates with family & friends, you are ready to make a deposit!  A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $400 per room is due no later than July 20th, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation, plus the cost of chosen insurance plan (optional). 45% Room Block Reservation, Due August 1st, 2025. Please book flights that work with your schedule.  I highly recommend flying in on Wednesday May 27th, or earlier to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities.  

The rates listed are PER ROOM for 1 or 2 people to be in a room and include:

The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each guest.

 A Room Block is a group of rooms that couple/group leader has paid a deposit to pre-reserve  for your group.

• The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
• Only rooms booked with The World Is Waiting Travel count toward this contract
• The resort has a 3 night minimum stay requirement for any room but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!

Sandals has three different categories of rooms- Luxury, Club, and Butler

This category lets you  enjoy all the inclusions Sandals is known for,with the lowest amount of spend.   Luxury Level rooms include free to use minibar with juice, soda, water, Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks® wine and local beer replenished upon request.  

 Club Level rooms are slightly more luxurious than Luxury Level rooms and come with free room service from 7 AM until 10 PM.   

If you book a Club Level room, you’ll be met on arrival by Club Sandals Concierge. Expect cold towels on arrival, private check-in at the Club Sandals Lounge, in-room and private resort orientation once you’re escorted in, a Club Sandals Welcome packet, and more.

In addition, you’ll have access to the Club Sandals lounge from 8 AM to 10 PM. The lounge includes a high-definition flat-screen TV, board games, books, novels and the list goes on. There’s also a tea and coffee station and all-day snacks and pastries. The lounge is a perfect sanctuary to enjoy your time on the off-chance there's some rainfall, while waiting for the sun to come out again.

The Club Sandals Concierge can also help you plan vacation activities and book reservations, tours, private dinners, a private beach cabana, spa appointments, and anything else you might need. The Club Level experience certainly makes it possible to indulge in a blissful Sandals vacation with relaxing and unwinding in paradise being your utmost priority.

Club Level rooms feature a well-stocked bar - free to use - with juice, soda, water, Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks® wine, local beer and a variety of liquors replenished upon request.

  Sandals Resorts are designed as adults-only resorts, catering primarily to couples.  For this reason you will not be allowed to bring children to the property. 

  - If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear, sunglasses, sunscreen, clothes for Jamaican weather, and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

- We know you want to attend Chris and Gabby's wedding, please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight delays or cancellations.
