We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta,  and have a discounted room block for our guests!  

 1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. 

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but some rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, having more guests will bring the price per person down only nominally.  

3. Transportation to and from the Puerto Vallarta International airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Puerto Vallarta (PVR)

4. A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $150 per person is due no later than August 1st, 2025, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. 

5. *We only have a limited # of rooms held* Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the  rooms we have blocked, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.  

6. This resort will most likely sell out for the time of the wedding, waiting until last minute, or even after the deposit date may mean that you wont be able to attend Christina and Cameron's Wedding. After August 1st we will have to request rooms be added to our block as we wont be able to hold them any longer. 

7.  You will get an invoice prior to me processing your payment.  The invoice will show the final amount due.    To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible! 

 Hello! Christina and Cameron have pre-reserved rooms with a special set rate for the travel window of February 18-23, 2026. Guests may extend their stay, pending availability. This resort requires a 3 night minimum for all guests. 

 After you have discussed your travel dates with family & friends, you are ready to make a deposit!  A minimum non-refundable*  $150 per person deposit is due no later than August 1st, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation, plus the cost of chosen insurance plan (optional). Final room payments due: December 9th, 2025.

Please book flights that work with your schedule.  I highly recommend flying in on Thusday Feb 19th or earlier to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities.  

 All Inclusive resorts are priced per person, based on how many individuals are booked in a room.

The rates listed are PER PERSON for 2 people to be in a room (double occupancy) and include:

• Hotel Accommodations
• All Inclusive Meal Plan - Also includes all beverages including alcohol
• Round trip shared transportation between the destination airport & your resort
• Hotel, Tax & gratuities
• All wedding events & activities

All international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.

A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date.

The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each guest.

Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. (Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States)

 A Room Block is a group of rooms that couple/group leader has paid a deposit to pre-reserve  for your group.

• The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
• Only rooms booked with The World Is Waiting Travel count toward this contract
• The resort has a 3 night minimum stay requirement for any room but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!

We are flying into Puerto Vallarta (PVR)

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, group transportation to and from the airport (PVR) is included!

  - If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear, sunglasses, clothes for Mexico weather, and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

- We know you want to attend Christina and Cameron's wedding, please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight delays or cancellations.
