We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Hard Rock Riviera Maya, and have a discounted room block for our guests! This resort is family friendly so feel free to bring the whole family!

 1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. 

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but some rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 1 or 2 below, having more guests will bring the price per person down only nominally.  

3. Transportation to and from the Cancun International airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun(CUN)  

4. A minimum non-refundable* $150 per person deposit is due by November 20, 2025, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. 

5. *We only have a limited # of rooms held*Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the rooms we hace on hold,  however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

6.  Children are charged at a different rate than adults.  The number of children allowed in a room will depend on the room category.  Children up to age 12 are allowed to stay in a room with 2 adults without an additional charge (only additional charge is for transportation).  Teens 13+ will incur a charge of $125 per night.  * If there is only one adult in a room the oldest child will be charged as an adult. 

7.  You will get an invoice prior to me processing your payment (during busy times invoices may take up to 2 business days- your room will stay on hold for 24 hours from the time of invoice without payment).  The invoice will show the final amount due.  To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible! 

 Hello! Lillian and Kat have pre-reserved rooms with a special set rate for the travel window of May 14-20, 2026. Guests may extend their stay, pending availability. This resort requires a 3 night minimum for all guests.  

 After you have discussed your travel dates with family & friends, you are ready to make a deposit! Room deposit of 60% of the total value plus the cost of chosen insurance plan (optional) are due on or before January 15, 2026. Final room payments due: February 15, 2026.

Please book flights that work with your schedule.  I highly recommend flying in on Friday May 15 or earlier to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities.  

 All Inclusive resorts are priced per room and per person, based on how many individuals are booked in a room.

The rates listed are per room for 1 or 2 people to be in that room and include:

• Hotel Accommodations
• All Inclusive Meal Plan - Also includes all beverages including alcohol and snacks at buffets, cafe, or a la carte restaurants. 
• Round trip group shared transportation between the destination airport & your resort
• Hotel Tax
• All wedding events & activities

All international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.

A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. 

Because group reservations at all inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable; plans can change.

The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest.

Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change
Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. (Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States)

  A Room Block is a group of rooms that couple has paid a deposit to pre-reserve  for your group.

• The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
• Only rooms booked with The World Is Waiting Travel count toward this contract
• The resort has a 3 night minimum stay requirement for any room, but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!

We are flying into Cancun (CUN)

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, group transportation to and from the airport (CUN) is included!

  - If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear, sunglasses, clothes for Mexico weather, and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

- We know you want to attend Lillian and Kat's wedding, please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight delays or cancellations.
