We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, and have a discounted room block for our guests!  Due to guest number restrictions, Stephan and Bryn are only able to extend the invite to the children of close family/or our wedding party. This resort also has an adults only section which makes up 5 of the 7 total room buildings. 

 1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. 

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but some rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, having more guests will bring the price per person down only nominally.  There is a special price for children ages 2-12, children over the age of 12 are charged as adults. 

3. Transportation to and from the Punta Cana International airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana (PUJ)  

4. A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $150 per person is due no later than October 15th, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. 

5. *We only have a limited # of rooms held* Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the  rooms we have blocked, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.  

6. This resort will most likely sell out for the time of the wedding, waiting until last minute, or even after the deposit date may mean that you wont be able to attend Stephan and Bryn's Wedding. After October 15th we will have to request rooms be added to our block as we wont be able to hold them any longer. 

7.  You will get an invoice prior to me processing your payment.  The invoice will show the final amount due.  To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible! 

8. Once rooms are gone in a specific category and additional will be added at prevailing rates.  Book early to get the room that best fits your desires. 

9. Rooms must be booked within our room block to be counted for our wedding.  

 Hello! Stephan and Bryn have pre-reserved rooms with a special set rate for the travel window of January 16-24, 2025.  This resort requires a 3 night minimum for all guests. 

 After you have discussed your travel dates with family & friends, you are ready to make a deposit!  A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $150 per person is due no later than October 15th, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation, plus the cost of chosen insurance plan (optional). Final room payments due: November 7th, 2024.

Please book flights that work with your schedule.  I highly recommend flying in on Friday January  17th or earlier to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities.  

 All Inclusive resorts are priced per person, based on how many individuals are booked in a room.

The rates listed are PER PERSON for 2 people to be in a room and include:

A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date.

The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each guest.

Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. (Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States)

 A Room Block is a group of rooms that couple/group leader has paid a deposit to pre-reserve  for your group.

• The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
• Only rooms booked with The World Is Waiting Travel count toward this contract
• The resort has a 3 night minimum stay requirement for any room but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!

 Due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to the children of close family/or our wedding party.  If your kids weren't specifically invited we ask that you please leave them at home. 

  - If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear, sunglasses, sunscreen, clothes for DR (Dominican Republic) weather, and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

- We know you want to attend Bryn and Stephan's wedding, please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight delays or cancellations.
