We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana and have a discounted room block for our guests! This resort is family-friendly, so feel free to bring the whole family!

 1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. 

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but some rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 1 or 2 below; having more guests will bring the price per person down only nominally.  

3. Shared Transportation to and from the Punta Cana International Airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving at or leaving Punta Cana (PUJ).

4. A minimum non-refundable* $150 per person deposit is due by June 18, 2026, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. 

5. *We only have a limited number of rooms held.* held.* Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the rooms we have on hold; however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

6.  Children are charged at a different rate than adults.  The number of children allowed in a room will depend on the room category. Children age 4-12 will incur a charge of $30 per night while Teens 13+ will incur a charge of $144 per night.  * If there is only one adult in a room, the oldest child will be charged as an adult. 

7.  We are planning a welcome event to kick off our wedding weekend on Thursday April 22nd.  We would love for you to be present.  Please plan on flying in on the 21st so that you don’t miss it!

8. You will get an invoice prior to me processing your payment (during busy times invoices may take up to 2 business days—your room will stay on hold for 24 hours from the time of invoice without payment).  The invoice will show the final amount due.  To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible! 

Hello! Taylor and Cameron have pre-reserved rooms with a special set rate for the travel window of April 20 - 25, 2027. Guests may extend their stay, pending availability. This resort requires a 3-night minimum for all guests.  

 After you have discussed your travel dates with family & friends, you are ready to make a deposit! Room deposit of $150 per person plus the cost of chosen insurance plan (optional) are due on or before June 18, 2026. 60% of the total payment will be due on or before December 27th, 2026. Final room payments due: January 26, 2027.

Please book flights that work with your schedule.  I highly recommend flying in on Wednesday, April 21.  As a reminder you will need to fly into PUJ Punta Cana Airport.

All-inclusive resorts are priced per room and per person, based on how many individuals are booked in a room.

The rates listed are per room for 1 or 2 people to be in that room and include:

• Hotel Accommodations
• All-Inclusive Meal Plan—Also includes all beverages, including alcohol, and snacks at buffets, cafes, or a la carte restaurants. 
• Hotel Tax
• All wedding events & activities
• Round Trip Shared Transportaiton (Airport/Hotel/Airport)

All international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.

A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. Passports are required to be valid for 6 months beyond your return to the USA. 

Because group reservations at all inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable; plans can change.

The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest.

Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change
Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. (Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States)

  A Room Block is a group of rooms that couple has paid a deposit to pre-reserve  for your group.

• The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
• Only rooms booked with The World Is Waiting Travel count toward this contract
• The resort has a 3 night minimum stay requirement for any room, but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!

  - If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear, sunglasses, clothes for Dominican Republic weather, and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

- We know you want to attend Taylor and Cameron's wedding, please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight delays or cancellations.
